TDI (Therapy Dogs International) is a wonderful organization.

Thes primary objective of the TDI dog and handler is to provide comfort and companionship by sharing the dog with the patients in hospitals, nursing homes and other institutions and wherever else the Therapy Dog is needed. This is done in a way that increases emotional well being, promotes healing, and improves the quality of life for the people being visited and the staff that cares for these people.

I'm proud to say that one of my babies became an official TDI dog earlier this month.  Even though she has been providing emotional comfort to those we meet when out, at my office, on home visits, at sporting events, it's now official.

If you have a dog that you feel would love spending time with others and providing much needed comfort to those in need, then please contact TDI.  You can visit their website at www.http://www.tdi-dog.org/.  Take the time to share your dog!
